Twelve years in operating roles, not advisory ones
The consultancy is newly incorporated. The experience behind it was earned running these functions rather than advising on them - in most cases having already done the work a client is trying to fix.
Large-scale logistics and fulfilment operations
Multi-country · group executive level
Experience running warehousing, fulfilment and transport across several countries for a large e-commerce group, in networks moving volume at national scale - including turning a group's biggest cost centre into a service sold profitably to outside customers.
Building a group planning and analysis function
Forecasting, budgeting, strategy and risk
Experience establishing a group planning function from nothing and growing it into a substantial team - board-level planning alongside the chief executive and finance director, the monthly forecasting cycle, and the performance reporting framework underneath it.
Running a business and its profit and loss
Full commercial ownership
Experience leading a national business end to end - trading performance, cost base, marketing efficiency and headcount - through a period of sustained growth in both the team and the top line.
Designing and shipping an autonomous AI product
E-commerce · live with paying clients
Experience building an autonomous decisioning system for retail promotions and leading the product work behind it. The grounding for how this firm treats AI: valuable where a process is well understood, and best left alone where it is not.

Agreement
All work is carried out under a written service agreement setting out scope, responsibilities and rates before anything begins.
Fees
Either a fixed fee for a defined piece of work, or an hourly or day rate where the shape is less certain. Which suits better is settled in discussion, and agreed in writing before anything starts.
Who does the work
Whoever you meet is who delivers - nothing is handed down to a junior team. Where a technical build needs more hands, a specialist subcontractor takes defined pieces under supervision.
Your data
Processing takes place in the United Kingdom, under a data processing agreement signed before any personal data changes hands. Models, dashboards and source files are yours to keep.
